Delivery

Print and card orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class in the UK and Royal Mail International Standard for overseas orders, these services don't include tracking so if you're in a country that has been experiencing serious issues and you think your order will need tracking to arrive safely let me know. Original embroideries are always sent with tracking.

Unfortunately I cannot post to the EU or Northern Ireland.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply., and I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, postage costs will not be refunded and the items must return unopened and suitable for sale.
